Personalised Brief:
Ecologically friendly: My dwelling need to be appropriately and well-suited to my client (eco tourist). The biggest concern towards the design is making it very ecological friendly. The design needs to allow my building to be almost totally self-sufficient, especially with water. The site can link towards the design very well with the waterfall flowing through the site, this can make the building self sufficient in terms of water. I could try to think of ways of sufficiency of heat and electricity.
Accessibility:
The accessibility of my dwellings need to be appropriately situated, the 3 units should be linked together in pathways or walkways etc. this creates a self guided tour/walk for the eco tourists.
Site Strategy: -
- The Dwelling, might benefit from the positioning through wind, the wind could be a source of self sufficient energy.
- The dwelling, could benefit highly from the waterfall, if i can find a way to integrate it near the water, i can collect water for self sufficiency.
- I know which areas are more clustered with trees through photographs, so this can be used to interpret where i put my dwellings.
